Fabio Lapiana (born 1971) is a contemporary Italian visual artist, poet, sound performer, and independent publisher based in Rome, Italy. Emerging from the Italian counter-culture and underground scenes of the late 1990s, Lapiana’s multidisciplinary work bridges the boundaries between experimental literature, sonic performance, and the visual arts.

• Counter-Culture Foundations: From 1999 to 2007, Lapiana was a founding member of the independent editorial collective Venerea Edizioni. The collective focused heavily on underground and counter-cultural themes.
